Lets give this a try!

So a good friend said I should try this I've been thinking about this for while and so here it goes. The official family blog. I'm typing this with an 8 month old on my lap and it is not easy. We've had a great summer full of fishing, vacationing, swimming and playing in the park. We even found a park named after us. Now I think everyone is ready for school to start. I love back to school time. I love the way the sun comes through the trees, how the evenings start to feel just the tiniest bit crisp and I especially love the back to school new shoes. This year we have quite a few in our house. There is also much rejoicing over the fact that I only have to drive to the school twice a day this year.

Well I think this blogging thing is going to be fun, and whoever invented spell check deserves a great big kiss from me.
