Talent Show Idol

Banana's try-out was FANTASTIC!
She finds out this afternoon if she made it and will be able to perform in the talent show. She's very excited!
I felt like such a 'Stage Mom' when I asked her if it was okay if I went in to watch her try-out or if she didn't want me to because it would make her more nervous.
Her answer, "You can come in and watch as long as you don't tell me what to do during my try-out."
Me: "Umm - - What? Have I ever done anything like that before? When you're at dance class, or singing in church, or trying-out for the summer plays?"
Banana: "No. But you do at home when I'm practicing."
I guess I need to tone it down a little at home.
So I watched the try-out.....and I didn't say a word, although I wanted so badly to ask the teacher to turn up her music........I kept my mouth shut!

Good luck H. (Loved your pictures.) I know you did good (You always do) and I always think people are a winner for just trying out. Not everyone can do that. For me that takes real courage. I know you have the courage and the talent. I hope the people were smart and picked you. Can't wait to hear how the try-out, turned-out. Love you!
