yet another muffin

With the big move less than 1 week away you may be a little surprised to hear that I'm baking. Well, I am too. The kitchen isn't packed yet. I had a little time today and yesterday whilst packing I found this recipe that I printed (or MDH printed) off the Internet almost 18 months ago so I decided to try it. FRENCH BREAKFAST MUFFINS are a winner! IT WAS YUMMO-TASTY.
So, of course, I had to share, and well, I didn't want to loose it again, what better place to keep it safe than on my blog?
It's a Family Fun Magazine recipe, so even better I don't have to type it. Click HERE for the recipe.
ENJOY!!!

Small world, I have also recently discovered this recipie and it has become a favorite over the past month or so. So funny story-I made this muffins for breakfast one morning to go with our hot cereal. The cereal wasn't ready but we needed to start eating because I have super slow eaters sometimes. Well we started eating and Ethan cut open his muffin and grabbed the sugar jar (that was intended for the hot cereal) and dumped a spoon full into his muffin! I said"What are you doing?" E- "PUtting sugar on my muffin." MOM- "Why?" E- "What else is the sugar for?" Needless to say he ate the whole muffin with an extra spoonful of sugar! I"ve been laughing for about 2 weeks from that!
