Or carton of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream (peach cobbler, my fave)? (I know it would melt)

It really shouldn't be very hard to guess. The second picture is a big clue. Here's another clue.
If you were standing where I was standing when I took the picture and you turned to your right you'd see a big "D" on the mountain side.

Did you go to St. George??? It looks super fun. We are trying to find a time to go down with our little family too.
St. George!! I love it there. I lived there for two years after high school and would move back in a second! I thought that was where your pic was taken. I LOVE the red rock!! Go Dixie!
