I'm having a panic attack just looking at the pictures.
It turned out great and was a Saturday well spent.
I can say that because, I didn't have to do any of the labor. MDH did say that after all of the fun we get to have up there and all of the work Dad puts in to make it an enjoyable place for all of us this the least he can do and a small price to pay, just a few hours. Thanks Dad for making the campgrounds a piece of heaven on earth for our family!
Turns out Clay (as the oldest ;-)) assumed the duties of ridge-jockey. The other brothers were happy to let him have the job, or so I've been told. I've also been told that the hardest part of the job was figuring out how to get him down with out killing him, after it was all said and done.
I'm so glad they were successful!

MIchele, I think your husband was the only one who used the harnes. I'm glad he did but I wish mine would have. I'm glad it all went well.
That is the best treehouse I've ever seen. And you are right...I would have had a heart attack too if I were there and it was my husband way, WAY up in the air.
