J- with his coach!Saturday night was J-'s team pizza party to celebrate their great soccer season. We found out that evening that the Golden Dragons also won the "Sportsmanship" award. This is voted on by all of the referees, what a great honor! Not only are they the division champions, they won sportsmanship and their team banner won the banner contest earlier in the season. They swept the awards! I now have three good size trophies sitting on top of my piano. J- says we need to get a trophy shelf for his room.... he's planning on getting more next year. The thing that makes me the happiest is how hard they all worked for this. We had such a good team of boys, for the most part they were very supportive of each other and just fun. They really did work hard every week at practice and I'm so proud of J- and his teammates.
