THEY SEEM HARMLESS ENOUGH (even if the littlest one always has that purple thing attached to her hand and face, I don't think it is a weapon although I have seen her use it as one, in a pinch), PLUS THEY'RE REALLY CUTE AND HUGABLE!
THE ONLY DISADVANTAGE I SEE TO KEEPING THEM AROUND AND LETTING THEM ASSOCIATE WITH THE NORMAL HUMAN POPULATION IS THAT SOMEDAY IN THE NOT TOO DISTANT FUTURE THEY ARE VERY LIKELY TO ATTRACT ALIENS OF THE STRANGE BOY VARIETY.

Banana really did wear those shoes and socks to school today! And it's not crazy sock or shoe day. I asked her if those socks are really what she wanted to wear with her new shoes. Both socks and shoes are very cute independently - together- very questionable. She said she didn't care if they matched or not. So that's what she had on her feet as she walked out the door.

Love it love it love it! Allie only wants to wear her dress ups or swimming suit. Picking my battles is something I'm having to learn too! Crazy girls :)
I think crazy socks with those kind of shoes are "in" now. Aubrey recently told me she needed new socks and wanted the crazy kind too. Me, the ever practical one, said wouldn't it be a pain to have to match those socks with the right shoes every morning- white goes with everything. She just looked at me like "What are you talking about, MOM".
Sometimes I feel like the alien. This new 9 yr old/ 4th grade thing
has been a tough year for me.
