Birthday Birthday Birthday

Yes it's true! We've celebrated another birthday here at our house!

After 364 days of anticipation our boy, our Mr. Man has found his way to the ripe old age of 6. What a joy he is to have around! He came to this earth with a happy spirit and boy does it show! In fact it practically dances right out of him and onto anyone within the vicinity!

He was up at the crack of dawn but waited patiently for his old-tired parents to drag themselves out of bed so he could open his presents.

There was the much hoped for Crocodile set and a few other surprises

And then in the evening both sets of Grandparents joined us for more gifts and the traditional blowing out of the candles.

The following photos were taken on auto drive on the camera (I held down the button and the camera just kept taking pictures.)

Sometimes when you're six it takes a few tries to get those pesky candles blown out!

Just finished singing "Happy Birthday" and he's focusing on his wish.

(Did I ever mention MDH read a book to the kids called 'The Misadventures of Benjamin Bartholomew Piff' and in the book it says the only way to have your birthday wish come true is if your eyes are closed when you blow out the candle. There are a few other requirements but he's got the eyes closed thing down!)
