At the campgrounds

I can't think of anyplace we would rather be on a warm summer afternoon/evening than the family campgrounds. Grandpa/Dad has put so much time and energy into making this a fun, enjoyable place for everyone.
We love it!
Last Wednesday evening we had an impromptu family get together there. It's not often that all of MDH's siblings are together so we had to get some photos.
*I title this "The Out-Laws"*

*"The In-Laws"*
(Pay no attention to the baby with her finger up her nose. I don't know who she belongs to. You would think her parents could teach her some manners.)

*the "The So Cute it Should Be Against the Law--s"*

The kids loved climbing on Grandpa's tractor.

We got the picture---then they scattered.

I think I can see some resemblance here....how about you?
This is MDH's sister's, daughter, our niece....she just graduated...I can't believe she's so old!

We couldn't keep this babe out of the pool...I didn't have her swimming suit with me so she swam in her shorts.

More adorable nieces and nephews.

Grandpa's home-made water slide. The water was FA-RE-E-E-EZING!

Our two boys one stayed out of the cold water one didn't.

We had such a great time and look forward to our BIG Family reunion there next week.

So, the boy that got in the water appears to be the boy that didn't like water the begining of summer...am I correct?

Not only does that one baby have her finger up her nose, but in the next picture, she's crying. Classic.

What a fun time. You guys will be so blessed to be near family.

Yep...it's been a hard adjustment these past few weeks. She had an ear infection the day we moved and was teething. She finally got her final eye-tooth through yesterday...hallelujah! That's all the teeth she'll be getting for quite a while!

Great pics! I would love to have copies of them. I was wise and forgot my camera that day. I am looking forward to next week too.

Yes Mr.Man is the one who was afraid of the water at the beginning of summer. You wouldn't believe how good his second swimming teacher was. He has come a long way. He now likes to play in the water as long as he doesn't have to put his face in it, but he will bend over backward and put his hair in. It makes washing his hair so much easier than it used to be.

I love the action shots of my oldest. Those are the only ones I do not have. So my blog will soon look the same (I posted twice this week and promised myself I would get my YW's lesson done before I did another). We are looking forward to next week also (don't forget your camera!) See ya all soon!
